Yellowing
1. Use yellow resistant PU adhesive
2. Use yellowing resistant curing agent
3. Apply yellowing resistance covering solution to the overflow between the adhesive interfaces
4. Choose shoes with good yellow resistance
Some places stick well and some places unglue
1. Polish as evenly as possible
2. Apply as much pressure as possible
3. Apply the glue evenly
There is glue on the bottom and the surface, but it cannot be glued or the adhesion is poor
1. Find a way to pressure in place, especially the edge of the shoe, it is best to press with a hammer or roll with a wheel

Product selection guide

1.第一烘箱温度调至70-75C。
2.第二烘箱温度调到60-65C。
3.流水线速度调至鞋子从第三烘箱进去到出来的时间约为6-8分钟。
4、加压机位离第三烘箱的距离约为第三烘箱长度的2/3。
5.硬化剂加入量约为胶浆总量的3-5%。
6.橡胶底必须处处打磨均匀，打磨不到的地方容易脱落。
7.牛皮、PU皮必须打磨深些，打磨不够深容易裂口脱胶。

使用注意事项
1.使用本公司产品时，请务必预先试验确认，并要求有生产监督，以保证用户的最终产品质量要求，如发现因材质改变或其它原因而导致粘合不良时，请及时与当地经销点或本公司联系。
2.对于生产不黄变要求的制品，请务必选用本公司不黄变系列胶粘剂、处理剂及固化剂。为避免产品与鞋材中的某些成分反应或因长时间受到阳光照射而变黄，请预先进行黄变试验，如使用的耐黄变胶粘剂也可能因光照等原因变黄，使用时请避免产品滴漏在贴合面外，如不慎滴漏则必须及时清洁处理。
3.为保证胶粘剂的粘合质量，请在使用前于胶粘剂产品中溶添加3-5%的本公司推荐的固化剂搅匀使用，己加入固化剂的产品请在4小时内用完。
4.本公司产品为化工产品，要求远离孩童，火种、水分，使用时须按国家劳动保护条例保持操作现场的空气流通， 并要求在相关产品国家(或行业、企业)标准规定有效期内使用。注意搬运过程中小心轻放。
5.产品耐温性能符合国家标准，用户若在特殊条件(如较高温或较低温)下储运或使用，敬请在生产前先做测试。
6.请根据国家有关标准进行成型鞋的拉力检验。
7.若本品不慎与皮肤接触，请及时做清洁处理。
